Cancellations are not possible; all sales are final. Participants who arrive late after 19:30 will not be admitted to ensure the tranquility of the session. We kindly ask all participants to arrive on time, turn off their mobile phones, and remain quiet during the session.

A photographer will be present during the event. Participants who do not express objections to being photographed automatically consent to the use of their images for social media and other communication purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please let us know in advance, and we reserve the right to assign your placement in the space accordingly.

TERMS OF SITE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

LATE ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Client acknowledges and agrees that all sessions are scheduled for a specific date and time. Company maintains a strict zero-minute late policy, meaning that if Client is not present at the exact scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund under any circumstances.

Client further acknowledges that all sessions, appointments, and bookings are non-refundable, including but not limited to those missed, unattended, or forfeited due to late arrival. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, protect the time and energy of the practitioner, and uphold the integrity of the Offering.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

REVOCATION OF ACCESS
